This site for William and Elinor’s ski and holiday chalet presented some new challenges as it needed an availability calendar for both properties that they have on the site, a dynamic map on how to find the chalet in France and a dynamic photo gallery split into 3 sections.
I also wanted to use imagery from the stunning local scenery throughout the site and the finished site I think shows off the chalets and local are to their best advantage.
There is also a custom booking system backend that is simple for Elinor to update but powerful enough to give the results required and also a custom admin system for the photo galleries so that images can be uploaded and categorised.
The dynamic map comes courtesy of Google Maps.
The site also does well in Google Searches in a competitive market for search terms such as “bareges self catering”, “bareges winter self catering” and “bareges summer self catering”.
